Grapefruit Oil: In Ayurvedic practices, grapefruit is thought to increase pitta energy, and pacify kapha. Inhaling grapefruit essential oil is said to stimulate the heart, solar plexus and third eye chakras. It helps to cleanse the mind and the aura, and stimulate confidence, intelligence and creativity. Grapefruit essential oil's antioxidant and bacteria-fighting properties heal existing acne and protect against future breakouts. Rich in vitamin C antioxidants, grapefruit oil calms inflammation, promotes collagen production, and increases cellular turnover to unclog pores.
Organic Bergamot Oil: In Ayurvedic tradition, bergamot oil is considered to have heating and drying energies which helps to soothe and rebalance the skin’s natural pH. It is thought to pacify vata and kapha imbalances and augment pitta dosha. The uplifting scent of bergamot oil is thought to stimulate the mind, open the heart chakra, and help to allow you to appreciate the richness and joy of life. When applied to the skin, bergamot essential oil is believed to bring a fresh radiance to the complexion.
